The company’s concern is to set out the terms and conditions governing the rights and obligations of GILLINI as owner of its online store at, for all visitors to its web page, so that they can enjoy the best service possible when searching for or buying products from its store.
All transactions made through are governed by international and European legislation regulating issues related to to e-commerce, as well as by the Greek legislation concerning distance selling.

The online store operates in accordance with applicable Greek and EU legislation. The circumstances under which we may ask for specific personal data of yours are generally for processing your order. Our online store complies with the transparency rules and obligations imposed by the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation). All data related to your personal details and transactions are secure and confidential. When you visit our e-shop, we automatically collect, process and use the necessary personal data of yours in order to provide our services within the terms of our contractual agreement. In every case, we ask for your consent. We comply with the European and Greek legislation regarding the protection of your personal data and we handle them with the most secure and reliable way, in order to minimize any danger of data leakage or data elimination.
The personal data you provide to the online store is kept solely and exclusively for purposes related to our transaction with you, for communication purposes as well as for the improvement of our services. When you place an order through the Site, we will store your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this data.

The online store and all of the content of its web page (photos, text, graphics, services, products, names, trademarks that represent “GILLINI” and its online shop) are the intellectual property of the enterprise and are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law. As such, any use of the aforementioned content is strictly prohibited without the written permission of “GILLINI”.

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days from the day of the delivery, without giving any reason. In this case we will refund you for your order as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment that you used to pay for your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back from you.
You shall send back the goods within 14 days from the day on which you received your order. Shipping costs for your return are to be paid by you.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

In case you are willing to ask for a refund or replacement of the product you purchased, please contact our customer services team at or call +30 216 700 1644 within ten (10) days of receipt of the item and ship the item back to us within the next ten (10) days.
Customers outside of Greece have to pay for the return shipping costs of their order, except from those cases of product defects or delivery of the wrong product.
In case you wish to return one of the products of your order, we inform you that shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment are non-refundable, and they will be deducted from any funds returned to you. Once we receive the product we will need approximately five (5) days to process your return. In addition to that, usually seven (7) more days will be needed for credit institutions to clear funds on your account.
Outside of the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by our company. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
In order for refund:
1. the product must not have been used
2. the product must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt, invoice)
4. the product must be in the condition in which it was received by the customer, undamaged, and accompanied by the packaging that normally accompanies the product.
If you wish to exchange a product you bought and the new item you want to receive has a lower price, we will refund the difference via your original payment method. Exchanged items are dispatched only after the returned products have undergone quality checks and are subject to product availability at the time of the return.
Please note that this exchange procedure does not apply during Sales Period, where we can only offer an exchange on goods without refund of the difference. If you do not wish to exchange the purchase, you will be issued a credit note to the value of the item at the time of the purchase. If you exchange a product and there is a difference in the final balance, you will be issued a credit note which can be redeemed on your next purchase.

We offer a complimentary repair service for a period of six (6) months after the date of your purchase, in case we conclude that the fault of the product has occurred during the production process or in relation with an element of the production and assembly process, and not because of bad usage. Shipping and customs charges for returning the product are not covered by “Gillini”.
Please note that general wear and tear are not covered by this service and all complimentary repairs are at the discretion of Gillini.
If you have a product for more than 6 months that requires a repair please follow the same process. We will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information about the cost of repair on how to proceed.  

Our aim is to deliver the item(s) you have ordered in the shortest possible time, keeping the shipping process as simple as possible.
W offer free shipping for orders delivered to Greece and Cyprus. For the rest of Europe, shipping costs are 25 EUR. For the rest of the world, shipping costs are 60 EUR. For orders above 1,500 EUR free of charge worldwide delivery.
Your order is estimated to be delivered within 5 working days to Greece and Cyprus, 7 working days to the rest of Europe and 10 working days outside Europe, with the prerequisite that the items you ordered are available at the time of your order. These estimations do not apply in case of bad weather, strikes or during any force majeure event which may affect delivery times.
If a product is not immediately available, you will be notified promptly by the orders department of the estimated delivery date. 

We may update the terms and conditions above from time to time. Our company reserves the right to update or make amendments to the present terms and conditions, in order to reflect, for example, changes in our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. Any amendments to terms and conditions do not apply to orders already in progress.
